I am statistical scientist based in Edinburgh, working at BioSS since 2012. My roles at BioSS comprises statistical research and consultancy across a variety of fields. This includes major contributions to wastewater based epidemiology, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as development of forecast indicators for aphid borne plant pathogens and analysis of agricultural sensor data. My research interests focuses on the development and application of regression methodology to novel applications.
