I work as a principal statistician based at The James Hutton Institute in Dundee, involved in research, consultancy and training. My research interests centre on statistical aspects of QTL mapping in crop plants, including mapping multivariate traits occurring from metabolomics analysis or image analysis. Consultancy work involves experimental design and analysis, including spatial analysis of field trials, over-sites analysis of variance, multivariate analysis and analysis of sensory data.
