Helen Kettle: Software

Recently I have started to learn Julia but over the last few years I have programmed pretty much exclusively in R (previously it was predominantly Fortran and matlab). I have written a couple of R packages, microPop and stagePop, described in links below and I have also added some general R programming pages (e.g. on using ggplot2 and igraph) in case they are of use.

For more software see my gituhb repo

R packages

  • microPop for modelling microbial populations and communities.
  • I have also developed a R Shiny App to visualize the microbial networks contained in microPop.
  • stagePop for modelling stage structured populations (time-delay ODEs).
  • PCN for modelling potato cyst nematodes
