BioSS at the ENRA conference 2025
Our director Mark Brewer and colleagues Glenn Marion, Nick Schurch, Altea Lorenzo-Arribas and Grant Henderson attended the 3rd Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture (ENRA) Science, Evidence and Policy Conference on the 3rd of October 2025 at the Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
The event gathered researchers, policy makers and industry representatives from across the UK & Ireland to hold conversations around the ENRA Research Strategy for 2027-2032. Discussions focused on Impact pathways, modelling, data and decision support for policy, Living Labs & Innovation.
Grant Henderson’s poster on “Tools to track and control pests and infectious diseases” (joint work with Stephen Catterall, Chris Pooley and Glenn Marion), funded through the RESAS Strategic Research Programme and the EPIC Centre of Expertise, won the early career prize.
