Current work

I am currently working with Chris Glasbey and Graham Horgan on automated plant phenotyping by image analysis under the research theme Statistical Methodology. We also closely collaborate with Biometris in the Netherlands on this work.

My research interests include computer vision, image analysis and pattern recognition. I have a PhD degree in Image Analysis (2008) and a BEng degree in Computer Systems Engineering (First Class Honours, 2005) both from University of Warwick, UK.
