Area of Work

I am a statistician in the BioSS group based at the Scottish Crop Research Institute in Dundee where I am involved in the provision of consultancy and training. My research interests are in the statistical issues emerging from the large datasets now common from the metabolomics field and techniques for exploiting these fully.

• Application of statistical methods to the analysis of metabolomics data from crops
• Combination of multivariate ‘omics datasets
• Classification of 'omics compounds with high order interaction terms
