There is only one package that we know of which has procedures for antedependence modelling. This is GENSTAT 5. There are two GENSTAT 5 procedures for antedependence modelling :

the ANTORDER procedure to test the time order of the model;
the ANTTEST procedure to test for treatment effects;

Instructions for reading the lamb data into GENSTAT 5 are available.
