Probabilistic Divergence Measures for Detecting Recombination with Markov Chain Monte Carlo

plot_jambe.m
is a MATLAB program which

computes the two divergence measures discussed in Bioinformatics 17, Suppl. 1, S123-S131 from file results_histo.out,
and plots the results.

Start the command by just typing

plot_jambe

at the MATLAB prompt. You are prompted for some options, which are self-explanatory.

plot_jambe.m
is a MATLAB program which plots the results obtained with TOPAL, Versions 1 and 2, for a comparison with JAMBE. You need to change the default file names of TOPAL as follows:

Topal 1
tree1.dss -> results_topal1.dss

Topal 2 tree1.dss -> results_topal2.dss tree1.sigdss -> results_topal2.sigdss tree1.distrib -> results_topal2.distrib

Start the program with the command

plot_topal

at the MATLAB prompt. You will be asked for several options, which are self-explanatory.
